Baron's Haugh Birtd Sanctuary

A nature reserve with something to see in all seasons. The wetlands attract wading birds and wildfowl during winter, while the Clyde itself provides a home for kingfishers and otters. The woodland and parkland contains a wide variety of small birds, with woodpeckers and nuthatches being joined by migrant warblers in spring. Four hides overlook the main pool, providing good views of ducks and swans.

There are two walking trails: 0.5 mile and two miles. Most paths are suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
