Strathclyde Country Park

One of Scotland’s leading centres for outdoor recreation. Mature woodlands, rough wetlands, wildlife refuges and open parkland all surround Strathclyde Loch, the focal point for a host of activities – from sailing to sunbathing, birdwatching to bicycling, water ski-ing to watching the world go by.

Facilities include numerous football pitches, jogging tracks, angling, horseriding, wayfaring and competitive orienteering, cross-country running, mountain bikes for hire and a gymnasium.
